Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 19, 2026

Garbett Holdings LLC ("G Gaming", "we", "us", or "our") publishes mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains what information our games collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to these games (each, an "App"):

The short version

1. Information we collect

a. Game progress and the backup code (cloud backup)

Your progress (levels, currencies, upgrades, items, settings) is stored on your device. So that it can be recovered, each App creates a random backup code (for example MINE-7F3K-9QP2) and periodically sends a copy of your progress, tagged with that code, to our backup server (hosted by Cloudflare). On iOS the code is also stored in your device's Keychain, so it stays the same if you delete and reinstall the App on the same device (or restore the device from a backup). That lets your progress come back automatically. The code is shown in the App's Settings so you can restore your progress on another device.

The backup code is not linked to your name, Apple ID or email. It is, however, a persistent identifier, so we treat the data tied to it as personal data and don't call it "anonymous". Anyone who knows your code can restore your progress, so keep it private.

b. Gameplay statistics

Our Apps don't include third-party analytics SDKs. They send a small number of gameplay events (for example "session started" or "reached stage 100") to our own server so we can understand how the games are played and improve them. Each event is tagged with your backup code and includes basic technical context: the App version and build, the platform, the operating-system version and the device model (for example "iPhone15,2"). We don't use these events for advertising and don't sell them or share them with third parties.

c. Crash and error reports

To find and fix bugs, the Apps send error reports (the error message, technical stack trace, the screen it happened on, start-up time, App version and device model) to the same server, tagged with your backup code. Apple may also share crash and performance reports with us if you have opted in to sharing analytics with app developers in your device settings.

d. Advertising data (Google AdMob)

Our Apps show ads served by Google AdMob: optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch for an in-game reward, and in some Apps a banner in a fixed area of the screen. We don't show interstitial or pop-up ads that interrupt gameplay. The Google Mobile Ads SDK runs inside the App and collects information directly, including your IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, the identifier for vendors (IDFV) and, only if you allow tracking in the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, the advertising identifier (IDFA).

Google's practices are described at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and policies.google.com/privacy.

e. Apple services

Leaderboards use Apple Game Center (your Game Center nickname and scores). In-app purchases are processed by Apple; we receive confirmation of the purchase but never your payment details. Apple handles this data under Apple's Privacy Policy.

f. Email

If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply.
