Privacy Choices

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This page explains how to control advertising, tracking and your data in games published by Garbett Holdings LLC (Glyphsmash, Glyphstack, Curbside Kings (formerly Food Truck Empire), Crumb Raiders, Deep Shaft, and, once released, Ore Rail, Core Tap, Acre Rush and Crestlings). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

1. The Privacy Choices button in the App

Open the App's Settings and go to the Privacy section. There you'll find:

These controls are being added to each game in its next update. Until your game has them, use the iOS setting and email options below; they work for every game today.

2. Tracking on iOS (App Tracking Transparency)

The first time an App wants to use your device's advertising identifier, iOS asks whether to allow tracking. Choose Ask App Not to Track to refuse. You can change this at any time:

When tracking is off, our Apps request only non-personalized ads. You'll still see ads (they are how the games stay free), but they won't be based on your activity in other companies' apps and websites.

3. US state privacy rights: opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising

Under some US state laws, letting our ad partner Google personalize ads using your advertising identifier may be a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising". To opt out, use any of these:

4. EEA, UK and Switzerland

On first launch, the App shows Google's consent message (a Google-certified consent management platform). Ads are only personalized if you consent there and allow tracking in the iOS prompt. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with the Privacy Choices button.

5. Access or delete your data by email

Email the backup code shown in the App's Settings, and the game's name, to [email protected]. Tell us whether you want a copy of your data or want it deleted. The code is how we verify the data is yours. We reply within 30 days.
