About the game · App Store

Bug, question or lost progress? Email us and we'll reply within 48 hours (usually sooner):

Please include Curbside Kings, your device and iOS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18), and your backup code from Settings → Cloud Backup if your question is about progress.

Playing
How do I play?

Tap to serve customers, then spend your earnings on menu upgrades, staff and new trucks. Staff keep the cash flowing while you're away. Use bulk buy to jump ahead ×10, ×100 or Max levels at once.

What is franchising (prestige)?

Franchising resets your trucks and cash in exchange for stars and permanent multipliers, so every new run grows faster than the last.

What are chef cards?

Chef cards are collectibles with permanent boosts. There are 86 cards across 17 sets; level them up, make foils and raise your collection rank.

How do Catering Orders work?

From version 1.5.0 you get four daily order tickets and six weekly Big Events sized to your progress. Fill every daily ticket to empty the Tip Jar, and every Big Event for the Event Payout.

Progress & cloud backup
How is my progress saved?

Curbside Kings saves on your iPhone automatically as you play, and regularly backs up a copy to our cloud server. The backup is tagged only with a random backup code, with no account, Apple ID, email or sign-in involved.

To see your code, open Settings → Cloud Backup and tap Show my backup code. Screenshot it or write it down somewhere safe; it's the key to your save.

I deleted the app. Can I get my progress back?

Yes. From version 1.5.0, Curbside Kings keeps your backup code in your iPhone's Keychain, which survives deleting the app. Reinstall Curbside Kings on the same iPhone (or on a new iPhone restored from a backup of the old one) and, on first launch, it finds your cloud save and restores it automatically. You need an internet connection for this.

It never overwrites progress that's already on the device. If nothing is restored automatically, use your backup code as described below.

How do I move my progress to a new iPhone?
  1. On your old device, open Settings → Cloud Backup and copy your backup code.
  2. Install Curbside Kings on the new device and open Settings → Cloud Backup.
  3. Choose Restore from cloud code and paste the code.

Restoring replaces whatever progress is on the new device with your backup.

I lost my backup code. What now?

If Curbside Kings is still installed, the code is always in Settings → Cloud Backup. If you reinstalled on the same iPhone, automatic restore (version 1.5.0+) uses the code saved in your Keychain, so you may not need it. Otherwise, email us with roughly how far you got and when you last played. Because backups aren't linked to any identity, we can't always find a save without its code, but we'll do our best.

Notifications
What notifications does Curbside Kings send?

Curbside Kings can send an occasional reminder to come back, for example when you have rewards or earnings waiting. These are scheduled on your iPhone itself; they aren't used for advertising or tracking.

How do I turn notifications off?

Open the iPhone Settings app → Notifications → Curbside Kings and turn off Allow Notifications. You can also switch them off inside the game in Settings → Notifications. You can turn them back on the same way.

Ads, tracking & privacy
Do I have to watch ads?

No. Video ads in Curbside Kings are always optional: you choose to watch one in return for a bonus, such as doubled offline earnings or a bonus from a reward bubble. There are no pop-up ads that interrupt play. A small banner ad may also appear at the edge of the screen. Ads are served by Google AdMob.

What is the tracking prompt, and how do I change my answer?

iOS may ask whether Curbside Kings can track your activity across other apps and websites. This only affects whether ads can be personalized; the game is exactly the same either way. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, you'll see non-personalized ads.

To change your choice later, open the iPhone Settings app → Privacy & Security → Tracking and switch Curbside Kings on or off.

What data do you collect?

There are no accounts, and we don't ask for your name, email, contacts or location. Curbside Kings sends your game progress and a few gameplay and diagnostic events to our server, tagged only with your random backup code. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which receives device and ad-interaction data to show and measure ads (and your advertising identifier only if you allow tracking). Full details are in our Privacy Policy, and you can manage your choices on the Privacy Choices page.

Purchases
What can I buy?

Curbside Kings is free to play. Optional in-app purchases include Gem packs, Remove Ads (removes banner ads for good), the Starter Pack and the Golden Spatula. All purchases are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. One-time purchases such as Remove Ads come back; Gems you already spent don't.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. If a purchase didn't arrive in the game, email us first; we can usually fix it.

Leaderboards & Game Center
How does the leaderboard work?

Curbside Kings uses the weekly Game Center Earnings Race. Top finishers earn Gems.

Why can't I see the leaderboard or my score?

Leaderboards use Apple's Game Center, so you need to be signed in: open the iPhone Settings app → Game Center and sign in with your Apple ID. Then reopen Curbside Kings. You can play normally without Game Center; your scores just won't be posted. Your Game Center nickname is what other players see.

Deleting your data
How do I delete my data?

Deleting Curbside Kings removes all game data stored on your iPhone. To also delete your cloud backup, email your backup code (from Settings → Cloud Backup) to [email protected] with the subject Delete my data. We'll delete the backup and the anonymous events tied to that code and confirm by email.
